I love this easy body scrub recipe because it only contains three ingredients which you very likely have in your kitchen already.

Ground coffee, sugar, coconut oil. How simple is that?

Plus, the smell of the coffee helps perk you up in the shower!

How Does It Work?

The caffeine in the coffee can temporarily minimize the appearance of cellulite by helping to reduce unwanted fluid in the skin cells.

The coconut oil in this anti-cellulite body scrub will hydrate and nourish your skin. Properly hydrated skin looks smoother and less dimpled.

Lastly, both the coffee and the sugar will exfoliate your skin.

An easy, anti-cellulite body scrub recipe. Great for beginners!
Ingredients
  • ½ cup ground coffee (not decaf)
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together well.
  2. Store in a waterproof container of your choice. (Glad mini-round reusable containers work well.)
Notes
To use: After you've washed your body, apply the scrub on your cellulite prone areas and massage. Rinse with warm water.

Remember: The melting point of coconut oil is 76 degrees. The consistency of the body scrub will vary depending on the room temperature.
